Day or Night: How It Works
How fast can you get here?
We move the moment you call and aim to be on-site fast for anything that genuinely counts as an emergency. Exactly how quick depends on traffic and where the job sits on any given day, but speed is the whole reason this service exists.
Are you really open 24/7?
Yes. The phone is answered every hour of every day, weekends and public holidays included, by someone who can talk you through the problem. There's no closing time and no message bank standing between you and a plumber. Call at 3am on a public holiday and you'll still get a real answer.
What happens after I call?
You tell us what's going on, and we work out fast whether it needs a plumber tonight or can hold until morning. Either way, someone's dispatched with a clear idea of the job, so there's no starting from scratch when they arrive at your door.
How does the callback form work?
Pop in a few details and we call back fast, day or night, instead of you waiting on hold. It's the same team getting back to you, just without you needing to make the call first.

Pricing, Explained Honestly
Is the quote really free?
Yes, the quote itself costs nothing, and there's no pressure to book on the spot. You see the price first, decide if it works for you, and only then does anyone touch a tool.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. It's a $0 Call Out Fee whether the job goes ahead or we just take a look and leave. Having a licensed plumber assess the problem doesn't cost you a thing on its own.
Do nights, weekends or public holidays cost extra?
No. The fixed price you approve holds regardless of what time it is or what day it falls on. There's no overtime loading and no surprise line added to the invoice afterward.
How can I pay?
Most standard payment methods are accepted on the day, so you're not stuck arranging anything in advance. Whatever suits you is sorted once the price is agreed, not before.

Answers From Around Narrabeen
Do tree roots really block drains around Narrabeen?
Regularly. Mature trees line plenty of the older streets, and around lagoon-side reserves like Bilarong the foreshore vegetation is just as established. Roots find their way into the joints of older clay and earthenware drains on established blocks, and that's when a slow drain turns into a blocked one.
Which suburbs do you service?
Narrabeen is home turf, along with Collaroy, Cromer, Dee Why, Beacon Hill and Narraweena. If your street sits near any of those, you're inside our regular run.
What does heavy rain do to Narrabeen's plumbing?
A heavy Northern Beaches downpour puts real pressure on the system, because a large share of the streets drain toward Narrabeen Lagoon's catchment. Low-lying yards can see stormwater back up fast, and older gully traps are often the first place trouble shows.
Why do Narrabeen's older homes keep us busy?
A lot of what's here went up in the same wave of postwar building, and those original fibro and brick cottages near the beach and lagoon often still run their first hot water system. Add in the salt-laden air off the coast, which corrodes fittings and shortens the life of ageing pipework faster than it would inland, and it's easy to see why.
Done Properly, By the Book
What is safe to try myself before you arrive?
If you smell gas, leave the property and call from outside. Do not flick switches or light flames on your way out.
For a burst or a bad leak, turn off the water at the meter and stop running water anywhere in the house until we arrive.
Who can legally do gas work in NSW?
Only a plumber who holds the specific gas fitting licence for that work, not a general plumbing ticket on its own.
It's a safety requirement, not a formality, and it's why we send someone qualified for that exact job every time.
Can I check your plumbing licence?
Yes. We operate under NSW Plumbing Licence #275278C, and you're free to write that down and check it independently.
Insurance sits behind every job too, not just the larger ones.
Who is responsible for a blocked sewer, me or Sydney Water?
The short answer: it comes down to where the blockage actually sits.
Everything from your boundary in is your responsibility, and anything past that point belongs to Sydney Water. We'll tell you which side of that line you're on once we've had a look.
